NSB / NJ Series Feeders and Accessories

NSB_10_sm.jpgDelta Regis Screwfeeders provide an affordable way to increase productivity in your manual screwdriving applications. We offer several models of feeders, depending on your particular need. Compare the features outlined below, then click on the series name for further details.

NSB Precision Series: M1.0-3.0

The NSB Precision Series is the popular choice for feeding of ferrous screws of sizes 3.0 mm dia (#4) or smaller. The feeder is used in conjunction with a magnetized screwdriver bit (or a wedge-type screw/bit combo). The NSB uses a special hopper design with tight clearances for optimal handling of small fasteners. It has a smaller footprint than the NJ series for increased work surface space.

NSR Robotic Series: M1.0-3.0

The NSR Series is the robotic pick-up equivalent of the NSB. It shuttles the screw to an isolated location for easy overhead pickup by a robot-mounted driver or a screwdriver with a vacuum pick-up attachment (for non-ferrous screws).

NJ Standard Series: M1.4-5.0

The NJ Standard Series feeds ferrous screws ranging from 1.4 mm dia up to a maximum of 5.0 mm dia (#10). The feeder is used in conjunction with a magnetized screwdriver bit (or a wedge-type screw/bit combo).

NJR Robotic Series: M1.4-5.0

The NJR series is the robotic pick-up equivalent of the NJ. It shuttles the screw to an isolated location for easy overhead pickup by a robot-mounted driver or a screwdriver with a vacuum pick-up attachment (for non-ferrous screws).
